MORA Global Logistics Return & Refund Policy

At MORA Global Logistics (MGL), our mission is to deliver high-impact infrastructure tools to regions that need them most. Due to the nature of our global logistics model and the specialized function of our products, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been fulfilled.

We understand, however, that issues can happen. Here's how we handle them:


Do You Accept Returns?

We do not accept physical returns. Because our products ship directly from regional warehouses and often enter customs clearance, we cannot receive items back for resale or reuse.


Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes — we do offer partial or full refunds upon approval, in the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Product never arrived (confirmed by tracking)
  • Customer ordered by mistake (before item shipped)

If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll assess the situation and process a refund or replacement where appropriate.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Minor cosmetic variations (e.g. packaging differences)
  • Customer changed mind post-shipping
  • Failure to read the product description (e.g. “U.S. only” shipping note)
